PSD: Governants only care about PNL internal struggle, Romanians are abandoned to natural disasters

The Social Democratic Party (PSD) accuses the current rulers of being concerned "only with the internal struggle in the National Liberal Party" (PNL), while floods and havoc have affected several areas of the country, especially the central-western Alba County.

PM Dancila: Gov't will implement public policies that serve the country, benefit citizens

Prime Minister Viorica Dancila said at a solemn meeting in Alba Iulia on Thursday that that is "probably the most exciting moment" of the incumbent government, adding that public policies will continue to be implemented in the service the country and to the benefit of the citizens.

"I am glad that the Romanian Government left its mark on this monument that will last for many years and which we inaugurate right now, one hundred years on from the Greater Union. This is a very good thing," said Dancila.

Gov't convening in solemn meeting in Alba Iulia

Prime Minister Viorica Dancila and the members of her cabinet will be convening today in a solemn meeting to celebrate the National Day of Romania in the centennial year of the Greater Union of December 1, 1918, in Alba Iulia on Thursday.

The meeting will take place from 10:30hrs, EET, at the Alba Carolina Fortress, the Union Hall, according to the PM's schedule.

Bosch to open in Blaj research-development centre for automotive technology, to hire 300 specialists

Bosch Group will open this year in Blaj, where the company has three factories, a research-development centre for automotive technology, with the total number of Bosch employees in the town of Blaj to be over 1,500 by the year's end.
