Attiki Odos bid deadline extended until July 17
The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED) on Friday announced the extension of the tender for the utilization of Attiki Odos, the ringroad around northern Athens which connects the Athens-Corinth and Athens-Thessaloniki highways with Athens International Airport.

No tolls for private vehicles on election weekend
All Greek highways will be toll-free on Sunday for private vehicles and motorcyclists, making it easier to get to and from polling places.
From midnight Saturday to 8 a.m. Monday, there will be no tolls.

Deadline for Attiki Odos offers extended to July 10
The deadline of binding offers for Attiki Odos, the capital's ringroad, has been extended to 5 p.m. on July 10, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED) said on Tuesday.
The binding offers are part of the tender process for the award of a services concession agreement in relation to financing, operation, maintenance and utilization of Attiki Odos, TAIPED said.
Attiki Odos binding offers deadline extended to July 10
The deadline of binding offers for Attiki Odos, the motorway that runs around Athens, has been extended to July 10, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund has said.
The binding offers are part of the tender process for the award of a services concession agreement in relation to financing, operation, maintenance and exploitation of the motorway, HRADF said.
Attiki Odos tolls to be reduced
The Attiki Odos highway tolls will be reduced with the new concession contract from 2.80 euros to €2.50.

Toll collector held up at gunpoint in northern Athens
Police were looking on Tuesday for a man who held up a toll collector at the Doukissis Plakentias toll station, in northern Athens, on the Attiki Odos ring road.
The unidentified suspect rode up to the toll booth on a motorcycle at around 5.30 a.m. and threatened the collector with a gun, according to reports.

Motorists face delays on Attiki Odos
Motorists on the Attiki Odos motorway around Athens are facing delays of up to 25 minutes due to an crash at one interchange and the deteriorating weather situation.
Traffic is particularly slow moving between the Marathon and Kifissia intersections and between the Plakentias and Kifissia junctions.
