The legendary English rock band will be joining the lineup of this year's Rockwave Festival. Cited in the Guinness Book of World Records as the loudest band, Deep Purple comprised one part of the "unholy trinity" of hard rock and metal music back in the 1970s, along with Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath.

Music legend Ozzy Osbourne has announced that he will go on a farewell tour next year.

The announcement comes months after his Black Sabbath group announced it ended with music. The final tour of Osbourne, who for more than five decades continues to maintain the interest of his fans, will begin on May 5 in Mexico.

The band that defined and practically gave birth to a whole genre, Heavy Metal, the fathers of all that is Dark and Doom, will play their last show ever in Birmingham, where everything started 49 years ago.

Ozzy Osborne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler will hit the stage one more time at 7.00′ (local time) for a “farewell” to the world.

Black Sabbath, who pioneered heavy metal more than four decades ago, on Sept. 3 announced a final tour and vowed it would be the band's last.
