Logjam Ends Over Key Post in Bosnian Entity
Bosnia's Central Election Commission on Wednesday confirmed the selection of Bosniak, Croat and Serb candidates for the posts of president and vice-presidents of Bosnia's larger entity.
The appointments should hasten the long-delayed formation of a government in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Serb refugees: Extra pressure on Croatia to obey obligations
BELGRADE - After the ruling of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, Serb refugees expect the international community to react and exert additional pressure on Croatia to obey the obligations it took on and to restore all the rights the Serbs had by the end of 1990, the Association of Refugee and Other Associations of Serbs from Croatia released on Wednesday.
Obradovic: Outcome of ICJ process expected
THE HAGUE - Head of the Serbian legal team Sasa Obradovic said on Tuesday the outcome of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) process regarding Croatia's charges of genocide against Serbia and Serbia's counterclaim had been expected, and that Operation Storm could no longer be referred to as a legal operation by the Croatian military.

UN court upholds life for two convicted in Srebrenica massacre
The UN's Yugoslav war crimes court on Jan. 30 upheld life convictions of two Bosnian Serbs for their role in the Srebrenica massacre of almost 8,000 Muslim men and boys in 1995.
The Appeal Chamber "affirms the life sentence" against former Bosnian Serb Vujadin Popovic, 57, and Ljubisa Beara, 75, Judge Patrick Robinson said at a hearing at the Hague-based tribunal.
Linta condemns Tomasic's statement on minorities
BELGRADE - President of the Coalition of Refugee Associations in Serbia Miodrag Linta most fiercely condemned on Friday the pro-ustasha statement of Croatian MP in the European Parliament Ruza Tomasic who said that the status of national minorities in Croatia should be called off and that all members of national minorities are 'political Croats.'
