Dodik: RF not encouraging Serb entity to secede

VIŠEGRAD -- Milorad Dodik has said that Russia was not encouraging the Serb entity in Bosnia to secede, but instead "only seeks compliance with the Dayton agreement."

A former prisoner testified that ex-Croatian Defence Council fighter Josip Tolic, who is on trial for abusing Serb detainees, beat him up while he was held captive in Odzak in 1992.
