Bulgaria: Fire in Burgas, 200 Dogs from a Shelter were Saved from the Flames
A big fire broke out last night in the "Cherno more" district of Burgas, which is located about 14 km from the city center. The fire has already been contained, BNR reported.
The flames passed near a dog shelter, 200 animals were released during the night to avoid being harmed by the fire. Most of them have already been collected.
Bulgaria: 275 Illegal Migrants were Stopped during a Special Operation along the Border with Turkey
275 illegal migrants were stopped today at the Bulgarian-Turkish border during a large-scale/specialized police operation.
"We have so far 13 groups. This is from 6:00 a.m. until now," announced Commissioner Ivaylo Tonchev, head of the Border Police Department in Elhovo.

Border police detained 50 migrants from Syria on the main road from Malko Tarnovo to Burgas to the village of Krushevets.
The migrants are mostly young men, among the detainees there are also women and small children.
