This has been announced in a press release posed on the EEAS wesbite.
It added that "the European Union expects Serbia and Kosovo to swiftly deliver on their commitment to the dialogue given the direct link between comprehensive normalization of relations between them and the concrete prospects for their EU aspirations."

"Srebrenica was one of darkest moments of humanity"
The statement, posted on the European External Action Service (EEAS) website, reads as follows:
"Today we commemorate the 23rd anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica. As some victims are still being laid to rest, we extend our sympathies to the survivors and to the families and friends of those who have suffered and lost their lives.

EU foreign policy chief to visit Belgrade again
According to a press release posted on the EU External Action Service website, the high representative for foreign affairs and security policy will travel to the Western Balkans April-19, and will visit "Albania, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia."

Mogherini: Our Balkan partners can unite continent
BRUSSELS - The Western Balkans is geographically a part of Europe and "can collectively become part of our European Union," says EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini.
"It is time to close the wounds of the past, and take new steps to guarantee stability to the region and the whole of Europe," Mogherini wrote on her personal blog.
