Medical bribery scandal based on claims of three witnesses

The case file of the medical bribery scandal that has rocked the Greek political establishment is primarily based on the testimony of three people who have been included in a witness protection program.

Reports on Tuesday said that, so far, the witnesses claims have not been substantiated by additional evidence. 

Schwendiman: More work to do before indictments are raised

BEC: Responsibility for existence of statutory declarations belongs to prefects

The responsibility for the existence of the electoral charts for the electors who do not have the residence outside the locality and for the statutory declarations they need to fill in belongs to the prefects, the Central Electoral Bureau (BEC) points out.
