Torbalı, one of Turkeyâs spinach capitals, produces spinach that even âPopeye the Sailormanâ would approve, especially the spinach produced in the aptly named town SaÄlık, Turkish for âhealthâ I think everybody has watched the stories of âPopeye the Sailormanâ at least once in their life. I always loved this character that, after eating spinach, changed into a superman.

Hungarian Roma sues Beyonce over smash hit
A Hungarian singer from the Roma community is suing Beyonce over the smash hit "Drunk in Love," saying the superstar sampled a folk tune without permission.
The song off Beyonce's Grammy-nominated self-titled album begins with an Eastern-sounding a cappella voice that gradually fades out after around 40 seconds as a pop beat, keyboards and Beyonce's voice come in.

Mircea Diaconu fined RON 1,000 in conflict of interest case, decision final
The High Court of Cassation and Justice on Friday ruled a RON 1,000 fine for MEP Mircea Diaconu in the case where he was accused of conflict of interest. The decision is final.
On October 30, the last date of the trial, the Prosecutor's Office requested just a fine as sanction for MEP Mircea Diaconu, citing as argument Diaconu's "remarkable" career.
