Sonimpex Topoloveni, the producer of Topoloveni plum magiun, an original plum jam recipe, has obtained European funds worth 775,000 euros to promote the product in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Vietnam, but it will also participate in trade fairs and exhibitions in Japan, America and Brazil, the company announced on Thursday.

During the recent Armenian-Bulgarian business forum, Gevorg Grigoryan, the head of Agrix Bulgaria, said he is considering the possibility of establishing the export of Armenian fruits to the Bulgarian market.

After attracting more than 3,000 visitors last year, the St Paul's Anglican Church annual Christmas Bazaar is back, with a taste of all things British - from Christmas crackers and gifts to homemade marmalades, jams and chutneys, and from tea and teapots to calendars - as well as toys, books and Christmas cards, decorations, jewelry and quality used clothing. The event takes place from 11 a.m.

The promotion of the Topoloveni plum jam, a Romanian 100% product, continues at international level, and at the beginning of this year it is officially presented in the Winter Fancy Food Show San Francisco, the biggest food industry exhibition on the US West coast, on Monday announced the producer's representatives, in a press release.

Bulgaria's State Fund Agriculture and the Fruits and Vegetables Processors Union have signed a contract for the promotion of local products in Russia and the United Arab Emirates.

Bulgaria will export Rose petal jam to China after signing a contract during the first day of the international Food and Beverage Trade Show SIAL China 2014 in Shanghai.
