EU praises new procurement law in BiH

In an effort to end corruption in purchasing of goods from outside sources, the BiH parliament adopted a new law.

BRUSSELS - Frequent changes of the European regulations are hindering the EU integration process, Tanja Miscevic, chief negotiator for Serbia's EU accession talks, stated on Friday.

“The EU is a moving target, so we have to adjust things on the fly,” Miscevic told reporters during a break in the public procurement screening which is taking place in Brussels.

BRUSSELS -- Frequent changes of the European regulations are hindering the EU integration process, says Tanja Miščević, chief negotiator for Serbia's EU accession talks.

Contracting authorities lacking staff with the necessary qualifications will have to bring external experts in evaluation committees, according to Public Procurement Act changes.
