Miscevic: EU is moving target
BRUSSELS - Frequent changes of the European regulations are hindering the EU integration process, Tanja Miscevic, chief negotiator for Serbia's EU accession talks, stated on Friday.
“The EU is a moving target, so we have to adjust things on the fly,” Miscevic told reporters during a break in the public procurement screening which is taking place in Brussels.
