Shooting in Germany, several dead PHOTO/VIDEO
Several people were killed in a shooting Thursday evening in the northern German city of Hamburg.
German police confirmed last evening that the shooting took place at the center of Jehovah's Witnesses in Hamburg.
Citizens received a warning via the application around 9 p.m. that there had been a shooting by one or more unidentified persons.

German police have searched the apartments of 22 people suspected of involvement in the rioting that accompanied the Group of 20 leaders’ summit in Hamburg in July.
Giant swastika discovered under Hamburg sports field! (video)
An enormous swastika was discovered by construction workers at a sports field in Hamburg on Tuesday. Excavators were preparing the foundations for new changing rooms at Billstedt-Horn sports club when they unearthed a four-by-four meter concrete swastika. The sports club believes that this is all that remains of a Nazi-era monument which once stood next to the playing field.

Hamburg says ‘no’ to 2024 Olympics
The majority of Hamburg’s residents voted against hosting the 2024 Olympic Games, according to the results of the referendum which took place on Sunday 29th on whether Hamburg should bid for the Olympic Games in 2024.
According to the final results, 51.6% of those participated in the referendum were against hosting the Olympics, with voting participation reaching 50.1%.

Serbia's water polo team beats Germany in Hamburg
HAMBURG - Serbia's water polo team outplayed Germany 19-10 (3-4, 5-2, 6-3, 5-1) in the second round of Group B of the World League in Hamburg on Tuesday evening.
The team coached by Dejan Savic notched another win on their way to defending the World League trophy, with the first win scored against Spain in Nis last month (9-1).
