Suspended sentences for tear-gassing Kosovo Assembly members
They received between 14 and 18 months in jail for repeatedly releasing tear gas in the Assembly hall, but will not go to jail unless they re-offend over the next two years.
Albin Kurti, Albulena Haxhiu, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi and Faton Topali were found guilty and sentenced to 18, 15, 18, and 14 months respectively.
Kosovo Court Finds Four Opposition MPs Guilty
Pristina Basic Court on Wednesday found four MPs from Kosovo's main opposition Vetevendosje party - Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, Albulena Haxhiu and Faton Topalli - guilty of letting off tear gas in parliament on 2015.
None will go to jail as all of them received conditional sentences.

Albin Kurti arrested
Albin Kurti, a member of the Kosovo Assembly from the opposition Self-Determination, has been arrested.
The arrest took place in front of the Assembly, Tanjug is reporting on Friday, citing RTK2.
Two other Self-Determination members of the Assembly, Albulena Haxhiu and Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, have also been arrested.

Opposition member of Kosovo Assembly arrested/VIDEO
The arrest took place in front of the Assembly, Tanjug is reporting on Friday, citing RTK2.
Two other Self-Determination members of the Assembly, Albulena Haxhiu and Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, have also been arrested.
The Kosovo police announced on Wednesday they were looking for Kurti, after the Basic Court in Pristina issued a warrant for his arrest, local media reported.

Kosovo police arrested three Vetevenedosje MPs, Albin Kurti, former leader of Vetevendosje, Albulena Haxhiu and Donika Kadaj Bujupi, at around 10am on Friday in Pristina while they were going to parliament to attend a session.

Kosovo Jails Vetevendosje Activists For Attacking Assembly
The Basic Court in Pristina found four Vetevendosje activists, including an MP, guilty on Friday of firing an explosive device at the Kosovo parliament building on August 4, 2016.
