Croatia Football Coach Fined for Video Supporting Ukraine
FIFA on Monday fined Croatian national team assistant coach Ognjen Vukojevic for participating in a video posted on social media declaring support for Ukraine, which has sparked angry reactions from Russian politicians.
World football's governing body, which forbids any political statements, fined Vukojevic 15,000 Swiss francs (12,880 euros) for his involvement.
Embittered Croatian Fans Ignore World Cup Win
While the Croatian media reported that about a million people watched Croatia's national football team beat Nigeria 2-0 in Russia last Saturday, football fans on the streets, in pubs and in Russia are not nearly so united - with many of them boycotting the games out of continued anger with the country's football federation, the HNS.

No away fans in Greece-Croatia World Cup Playoff games
No away fans will be allowed to attend either leg of Croatia’s World Cup playoff games against Greece due to concerns over crowd violence, the Croatian Football Association (HNS) announced on Thursday.

BELGRADE - Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) will have to pay 30,000 Swiss francs due to the improper conduct of fans at a match against Croatia.
Kosovo and Croatian fans chanted "Kill the Serb" during the match in a World Cup qualifier, played on 6 October in Skadar, Albania.
Croatia Football Federation 'Dodging' New Law
More than six months since the latest Law on Sports came into effect, Croatia's National Football Federation, the HNS, is continuing to dodge and defy the rules, experts say.
The new version of the law, passed in July, gave all sports clubs, both professional and amateur, six months from August to make the necessary adjustments, the deadline for which expired on Tuesday.
