Germany Eases Entry Regulations for Arrivals from Bulgaria
Germany has eased its rules for people arriving from Bulgaria, removing obligatory quarantine for those who have been vaccinated, undergone Covid-19 or have a negative PCR test for the illness, according to Bulgaria's national information system.
The negative PCR test may be presented up to 48 hours after arriving in Germany, according to the national information system statement.
France Adds More Countries on Its Mandatory Quarantine List
Five more countries will be added to France's mandatory 10-day quarantine list, French government spokesman Gabriel Attal announced Wednesday.
The list of countries will be released shortly, adding to the seven countries - Turkey, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and Qatar - that have appeared on the list since last week.
Turkey introduces vaccine ID card to its citizens
Turkey has activated a "vaccine ID card" through the Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) system, an online application keeping track of COVID-19 contacts, as vaccine passports are expected to be put into practice when traveling to European Union countries.

Covid-19: 18 EU Countries Including Bulgaria Will Test European Certificate Travel System
Bulgaria will join on Friday the European testing of the digital green certificate system, which the EU is preparing to introduce in the summer to facilitate travel in Europe. 18 European countries and Iceland, which is a member of EEA, will conduct tests of the system for connection to the common server in the next two weeks, as the "Bulgarian day" is on May 14.

A senior World Health Organization official said that so-called "vaccine passports" for COVID-19 should not be used for international travel because of numerous concerns, including ethical considerations that coronavirus vaccines are not easily available globally.
Slovenia says Covid certificate must not lead to additional restrictions
Ljubljana – The EU member states have reached an agreement at the ambassadorial level on a joint position on Covid certificates, with Slovenia emphasising that such a certificate must not lead to additional restrictions and that it must be available to all citizens.
What will the Covid passport look like?
The European Union officials presented what the Covid passports, which will be in use from June 15, will look like. The passport will initially be valid for citizens of the European Union. Third countries, including Serbia, will soon be able to issue similar travel documents.
