More than 36,000 interactive whiteboards to be installed
More than 36,000 interactive whiteboards will be installed in all elementary, middle and high schools.
The €150 million project is being financed by the European Union's Recovery and Resilience Fund. Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Thursday visited a primary school in the northwestern Athens suburb of Agioi Anargyroi, which has been equipped with the boards.
Schools ushered into the digital age
As part of the effort to digitally transform school education, the Education Ministry plans to introduce interactive whiteboards and robotics systems.

Google Digital Tools to Be Available to Bulgarian Students, Teachers
Google will provide some of its digital tools for collaboration and productivity for all students and teachers in Bulgaria, according to a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministry of Education and Science and the technology company, the Ministry's press office said on Monday.
