NEW YORK - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic said on Monday an upcoming Council of Europe (CoE) session on the so-called Kosovo's admission to the organisation had been called to secure independence for the so-called Kosovo and was a follow-up to the 1999 NATO aggression on the then Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

BRUSSELS - The EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Miroslav Lajcak said on Monday in Brussels the chief negotiators in the dialogue had presented their proposals regarding a regulation by the so-called Kosovo's central bank banning the Serbian dinar in Kosovo-Metohija.

BRUSSELS - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic said on Monday Pristina lacked the political will to find a solution for the use of the Serbian dinar in Kosovo-Metohija, and announced that a new round of technical-level dialogue with Pristina would be held on April 4.

BRUSSELS - A bilateral meeting of Belgrade and EU delegations, headed by the director of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic and EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, respectively, was concluded in Brussels on Monday afternoon.

Earlier, the EU representatives met with Pristina's delegation, headed by Besnik Bislimi.

BRUSSELS - A bilateral meeting of EU representatives with Pristina's delegation is underway in Brussels, to be followed by a Belgrade-EU bilateral meeting.

The meeting with the Pristina delegation began following the conclusion of a trilateral meeting of Belgrade, Pristina and EU representatives after over 3.5 hours of discussions.

PROKUPLJE - Speaking at a state ceremony commemorating the victims of the 1999 NATO aggression on Serbia, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Sunday evening Pristina had been admitted to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly as associate member.

BRUSSELS - A meeting of chief negotiators in the EU-facilitated Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Petar Petkovic and Besnik Bislimi, began in Brussels on Monday.

The trilateral meeting is also attended by experts, a Tanjug reporter said.

The delegations of Belgrade and Pristina began the discussions without prior separate bilateral meetings with EU special envoy Miroslav Lajcak.

BELGRADE - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said on Thursday a statement by the Council of Europe (CoE) rapporteur for the so-called Kosovo, Dora Bakoyannis, that CoE membership for the so-called Kosovo would enable better protection for Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija was scandalous and a culmination of hypocrisy and double standards.

WASHINGTON - The US State Department believes the EU-facilitated dialogue is the proper channel for resolving issues related to normalisation of Belgrade-Pristina relations and that discussions about the Serbian dinar should continue with urgency, says principal deputy spokesperson for the US State Department Vedant Patel.

BRUSSELS - The EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Miroslav Lajcak announced on Tuesday discussions about cash operations in Kosovo-Metohija would be continued in Brussels next Monday.
