Sofia. The Council of Ministers approved draft bilateral agreements with Belarus and Georgia to regulate labour migration, the government press office said. Bulgaria has signed similar agreements with Armenia and Moldova to help meet labour demand of Bulgarian businesses in certain economic sectors. There are ongoing negotiations also with Ukraine.

Draft law on Daylight Saving Time - Serbia to follow Europe
According to the statement from the press office of the Serbian Government the law is necessary to regulate DST and define daylight saving. The law would establish a single measure for daylight saving for the whole Serbia in accordance with EU regulations.
Vucic and Soros talk civil society and Kosovo
According to the press release from the president's Office, Vucic and Soros talked about how civil society and his organization could help strengthen peace and stability in the region.
Vucic thanked the OSF for the analytic data on Serbia's progress he received from the organization.

Two RTB Bor tender bids to compete for partnership
Vucic said that he was not familiar with their content but added that "the stronger their competition is, the better for us."
He added that bringing an end to RTB Bor privatization would increase employment rate in the future and it would allow for construction of new motorways to Eastern Serbia.

Sofia. There is heavy traffic of trucks exiting Bulgaria through Danube Bridge and Danube Bridge 2 border checkpoints, according to information on the Border Police website as of 6:00 am this morning. At the borders with Serbia, Macedonia, Greece and Turkey traffic is normal at all checkpoints.
