Pepsico-Ivi selling Loutraki plant, Koropi facilities
Cypriot company Hellenic Water is in advanced talks with Pepsico-Ivi for the acquisition of the latter's water bottling plant at Loutraki, near Corinth.
The local subsidiary of Pepsico is also in talks with a company outside the food and drink sector for the sale of its installations - offices and warehouses - at Koropi, east of Athens.
Volunteer divers make clean seas their business

Wouldn't you feel the need to clean it up?" asks Chrysanthos Chorbas, explaining how the Loutraki Divers group, headquartered at the seaside resort on the Gulf of Corinth, came to volunteer to clean the seabed of debris and trash that has built up over the years.

Greek Finance Ministry places lockage on Loutraki Casino
The Greek Finance Ministry suspended operations of the Loutraki Casino at 8 a.m. on Thursday due for tax reasons. Sources point to the casino’s debt worth 2 million euros in taxes. The casino’s management said that it could not bear the high taxation imposed and was struggling to collect the money so as to open by the evening.

Second house searched following Xeros arrest, bomb equipment found
Police were searching on Monday a second house linked to November 17 terrorist Christodoulos Xeros, who was arrested on Saturday at Anavyssos, southeast of Athens.
The property, in Loutraki some 80 kilometers west of Athens, was rented by a young woman using the same fake ID card that was found at the property Xeros had been living in when he was caught.
