Thousands went out on the streets of Buenos Aires to express their anger over the commercial practices and policies of the world's richest economies, reports BNT.
The occasion for the demonstrations was the meeting of the World Trade Organization, which is taking place in Buenos Aires.

22 detained as Greeks mark 2008 police shooting of teenager
Rioting youths hurled fire bombs, set up street barricades and damaged storefronts in Greece's two largest cities Wednesday, violence that broke out after marches marking the ninth anniversary of the fatal police shooting of a teenager and continued on-and-off for several hours.
Grenade found outside publisher's residence in northern Athens
Authorities were investigating on Wednesday after a hand grenade was found outside the residence of a well-known publisher in the northern Athens suburb of Vrilissia.
It did not explode and its safety pin had not been removed.
Police removed the grenade as evidence and for further examination of possible fingerprints and other clues.
Two suspects of Exarchia riots released on conditions
The two suspects arrested for during the widespread riots around the area of Exarchia near the Athens Polytechnic during celebrations of November 17 were charged with the felony of possession of explosives by the 9th district prosecutor on Tuesday. The two suspects, a German and a Greek national were released after they presented their defence to both the prosecutor and investigator.
Police on high alert, brace for street clashes
Self-styled anarchists and members of anti-establishment groups appeared intent on Wednesday on creating mayhem with attacks against riot police during the commemorative events to mark the 44th anniversary since the student uprising at the Athens Polytechnic - now known as the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

Police station in northern Athens comes under hail of Molotovs
Around 10 hooded assailants launched an attack with Molotov cocktails against a police department in Pefki, northern Athens early Thursday morning.
According to police, the perpetrators threw five firebombs at the department located on Konitsis Street and that three cars, including two police vehicles, parked outside, caught fire.
Iran Boasts Creating the "Father of all Bombs"
Iran has created an ultra-strong non-nuclear bomb weighing nearly 10 tons, Iranian Press TV reported on Saturday, citing the commander of the Air Force Corps of the Islamic Revolution Guards, General Amir Ali Hadjizade.

Police attacked with Molotov cocktails in Exarchia
Riot police units stationed in Athens's Exarchia district were attacked by unknown assailants with Molotov cocktails in the early hours of Friday, authorities said.
The incident occurred shortly after 3 a.m. outside the offices of PASOK on Harilaou Trikoupi Street.
No one was injured in the attack.
One person was briefly detained, questioned and released.

Serbians hand in 350 illegal weapons in ongoing campaign
Serbian citizens have another month to legalize the weapons they possess illegally.
Since the beginning of June, 350 pieces of weapons, 100 hand grenades and explosive devices have been handed in, along with about 25,000 pieces of various types of ammunition.
Hand Grenade Found in Sofia's Mladost 2 Residential Deistict
A hand grenade was found in the lawn in front of a supermarket in Sofia's Mladost 2 residential district, reported Standart News.
The area was immediately cordoned off by a patrol of the local police department and an anti-bomb squad was called in.
The sapper seized the grenade but did not find any other explosive devices in the area.
