VIENNA - The Belgrade-Pristina dialogue should be continued constructively as that can help to convince sceptical EU member states that further steps need to be taken on Serbia's EU path, says Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz, who will pay an official visit to Serbia on Monday.

BELGRADE - The December 8 agreement on the Kosovska Mitrovica wall is the same as the one that has now been implemented, Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic said Monday.

Construction of a complex with all the details needed by North Mitrovica Serbs will start on Tuesday, pursuant to the agreement, Vucic told reporters in Belgrade.

BRUSSELS - EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini on Monday described as "encouraging" the developments in Kosovska Mitrovica, announcing she would inform the EU foreign ministers of the progress in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue over the past weeks.

Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said the same agreement concerning a wall Kosovska Mitrovica as the one implemented over the weekend, was reached on December 8.

The construction of "a new, more solid" concrete supporting structure instead of a supporting wall that was removed on Sunday will start on Tuesday.

The successful resolution of all issues related to the reopening of the Mitrovica Bridge between Serbia and Kosovo is a crucial step forward in Belgrade-Pristina negotiations on regional cooperation, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said Sunday.

The demolition of the contested two-metre-high concrete wall near the bridge across the Ibar River in North Mitrovica took place on Sunday without incident, although police were in attendance to ensure order.

BELGRADE- Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic said ahead of late Wednesday's round of the Brussels talks with Pristina that there were no predefined topics but that he presumed the Kosovo judiciary, the Community of Serb Municipalities and Kosovska Mitrovica would be on the negotiation table.
