Former deputy PM found guilty by Hague granted early release
Former Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Nikola Sainovic, who was incarcerated in Sweden after the Hague Tribunal found him guilty, has returned to the country.
Sainovic arrived in Belgrade late on Wednesday. He was released after having served two thirds of his sentence.
Bosnian Serb MP Ordered Not to Leave Country
The Bosnian court told Dragomir Vasic, an ex-police chief charged with genocide soon after becoming an MP in the country’s Serb-led Republika Srpska entity parliament, not to leave the country.
