Bulgargaz Has No Reason to Seek 2% Price Hike, Regulator Says
The intention of Bulgargaz to seek a 2% increase in the price of natural gas is "groundless", a member of Bulgaria's energy regulator said on Wednesday.
"If you want me to say it explicitly - no, they have no grounds for an increase of that scale," Dimitar Dimitrov said.
Net nominal average salary earning up 15 lei in Sept. to 1,698 lei
The Romanians' net nominal average salary earning went up to 1,698 lei in Sept., a 0.9 percent rise or 15 lei from the prior month, with the highest values being recorded in crude oil and natural gas drilling and the lowest in hotels and restaurants, show figures made public by the National Institute for Statistics on Thursday. (1 euro=4.4 lei)
A regional natural gas hub is possible in Greece
The creation of a commercial natural gas hub in Greece will be absolutely possible in five years time, according to a study presented on Tuesday in Athens by the Institute for Energy in Southeast Europe (IENE).

Blue Corridor 2014 rally arrives in Belgrade
BELGRADE - The Blue Corridor 2014 natural gas vehicle rally arrived in Belgrade on Monday for the first time ever.
The goal of the rally, which hit the road in Saint Petersburg in mid-October, is to draw attention to the large traffic flow between Western and Eastern Europe, which can become environmentally acceptable with compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
