Nightstalker

The Onassis Foundation is supporting the independent Greek music scene with a series of screenings of audience-free concerts from iconic venues like the AN Club and Gagarin 205 in Athens. On January 10, its YouTube channel will be showing a career-spanning set by stoner rock act Nightstalker, live from the Gagarin 205, at 9 p.m.

Stoner rock band Nightstalker, reggae act Locomondo, singer-songwriter Mariza Rizou and a legion of other performers come together for the 41st River Party Festival in Kastoria, northern Greece.

Gyftopoulou Street in the northern Athens suburb of Halandri will be hosting a music festival on Sunday, July 8. Dedicated to rock, featured acts include Athenian stoner-metal outfit Nightstalker, Californian punk-jazz Bazooka and more.

Athens's annual Rockwave Festival at the TerraVibe park in Malakassa, north of the city, gets off to head-banging start on Friday, June 30, with headline acts Rotting Christ and Nightstalker, two locals outfit that have been shaping the Greek metal scene since the late 1980s. The local act roster is completed by 1000 Mods playing psychedelic "anti-radio" metal, Bazooka and Godspeed.
