Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) Vice Chairman Sezgin Tanr?kulu has said women lack representation at the Constitutional Court, following the retirement of the sole female at the court due to a restriction on age.

Tanr?kulu also stated that women lack representatives in all fields of life under the current Justice and Development Party (AKP) rule.

The opposition Social Democrats, SDSM, have condemned the publication of a video, which purports to show the opposition leader admitting that he obtained incriminating material from foreign intelligence agencies.

The fact that the "Prime Minister is recording political meetings in his cabinet is scandalous", the SDSM said on Tuesday.

BELGRADE - The Serbian Liberal Council (SLS) and the Movement of United Local Parties (PULS) on Friday joined the opposition patriotic bloc formed by the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) and the Dveri movement in November last year.

The Turkish government has publicly declared its demand that the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) lay down arms on the Nevruz festival, which is marked on March 21, underlining that the jailed PKK leader's 2014 Nevruz message needed to be developed further this year.

PSD [Social Democratic Party] chairman, Victor Ponta, is going to present the main priorities of the government for 2015-2016, on Friday and Saturday [January 30-31], at the convention of the National Executive Committee of the party. The convention will overlap with the gathering of the Social-Democratic parliamentary groups.
