Dutch farmers turn protests into vote victory
Dutch farmers dealt a blow to Prime Minister Mark Rutte's environmental plans on March 15, ploughing up the political landscape to win elections that will shape the upper house of parliament.
Exit polls showed the Farmer-Citizen Movement (BoerBurgerBeweging, BBB), which was founded less than four years ago, riding a wave of recent protests to win the most seats in the Dutch senate.

A new survey published on Saturday gave ruling New Democracy a lead of 3.9 points over SYRIZA.
The poll by GPO on behalf of Parapolitika newspaper was the latest after the deadly train crash on February 28 and shows that ruling ND's lead over the leftist party has been cut.

Political Blockages Stopping Reforms in Bosnia, CoE Report Warns
In its fifth Evaluation Report on Bosnia and Herzegovina published on Thursday, the Council of Europe's Group of States against Corruption, GRECO, urged authorities in Bosnia to overcome political blockages that are preventing reforms from taking place.
Two sessions of the SNS tomorrow: Presidency session, followed by the SNS Main Board
The introductory part of the session of the Main Board will be open to the media, when President Aleksandar Vui will address the public, after which the session will be closed to the public. Also, after the session, statements for the media are planned.
Prior to the session of the Main Board, a session of the Presidency of the Serbian Progressive Party will be held.

A draft bill on "prevention and management of violence and bullying phenomena in schools" was approved by the Greek Parliament plenary on Wednesday.
Six held in Thessaloniki bribery case
A tax inspector and five private individuals were arrested on Wednesday in connection to the illegal awarding of contracts to companies and purchases of equipment for tax offices in Thessaloniki.
The suspects have been indicted for bribery and corruption of an official, breach of duty, false certification, fraud and criminal organization.
