Theater of the No (3 Konstantinou Palaiologou) presents Athens-based band Blues Cargo for eight live performances every Friday from July 12 to August 30, starting at 10.30 p.m. Active since 1987, the popular band will perform Chicago-style funky-soul-blues standards and original tracks. Known for his energetic live performances, Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer Jacob Collier will perform in Athens for the first time at the Lycabettus Theater on July 13. Athens Jazz, the city's longest-running musical institution, returns for its 23rd year courtesy of the Municipality of Athens at Technopolis (100 Pireos) on May 27. Greece's largest jazz celebration offers a week filled with live music, rhythm and special events - all with free admission.
