Nation remembers Atatürk, flocks to Anıtkabir, Dolmabahçe Palace

Turkey on Nov. 10 commemorated the 83rd anniversary of the passing of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the leader of the country's War of Independence and founder of modern Turkey, with the nation flocking to his mausoleum, Anıtkabir, in the capital Ankara and Dolmabahçe Palace, where he passed away in Istanbul in 1938.

Turkey turns to other options if US refuses to sell F-35: Erdoğan

Turkey has reiterated its vow to smash the terror corridor in northeastern Syria regardless of the ongoing talks with the United States on setting up a safe zone, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said on July 26. He called Turkey's NATO ally to act with common sense over their S-400/F-35 spat to avoid further injustice towards Turkey.
