"Russians lie, there aren't that many of them"

This is the conclusion reached by the British Ministry of Defense in its daily report on the situation in Ukraine.
"Despite the war in Ukraine, on September 1, the Russian military started exercise Vostok 22, its Annual Joint Strategic Exercise, marking the culmination of the military training year", British Ministry wrote on Twitter.

President Erdoğan says Saudi Arabia wants armed Turkish drones

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said on March 16 that Saudi Arabia has requested a supply of Turkish military drones.

But Erdoğan also voiced his displeasure at the kingdom's decision to conduct join air exercises with Turkey's longstanding rival Greece, suggesting that an agreement on drones depended on Riyadh's future conduct.

US, Turkey have shared interests in Syria: Washington

The U.S. said on March 2 that it will continue to work with Turkey to achieve common interests in Syria. 

Responding to a question from Anadolu Agency on whether the Biden administration will cooperate with Turkey on Idlib and the humanitarian situation there, State Department Spokesman Ned Price said Washington "certainly" has common interests with its Turkish partners.

Biden’s national security adviser, Erdogan’s spokesman hold telephone call

US President Joe Biden's national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, and Turkey's presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin held a telephone call in what marks the first contact between the new American administration and Ankara, according to media reports.

No details were immediately available about the conversation.

Turkish defense chief embarks on visit to Libya

Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar on Dec. 26 embarked on a visit to Libya.

Accompanied by Turkey's Chief of General Staff Gen. Yaşar Güler and other military commanders,

Akar met Libya's Chairman of the High Council of State Khalid al-Mishri, Defense Minister Salahuddin al-Namroush and Interior Minister Fathi Bashagha.
