Greek undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki have expressed their grave concern to the institution’s administration over the prevalent criminality on the university’s campus.

Students at Thessaloniki's Aristotle University have sent a letter to the school's rector and the dean of the faculty demanding action against rampant criminality on the campus grounds.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Nov. 12 appointed a rector to Istanbul's prestigious Boğaziçi University, marking the first such move after he was given the authority to directly appoint rectors following the latest state of emergency decree.
