Russia issues travel warning
A travel warning for Russians travelling abroad was given by the Russian Foreign Ministry, stressing that they are in danger by US authorities.
The announcement states that US police forces target Russian citizens. It also blamed Washington DC for kidnapping Russian citizens.

Ukraine: Two Russian soldiers captured
Two Russian soldiers fighting with pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine were arrested by Ukrainian military forces, according to Kiev. Even though Kiev has leaked a video of one of two soldiers admitting he is part of the Russian military, Russia denies all involvement.

SOCHI -- U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said he had "frank discussions" with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi on Tuesday.
This was his first visit to Russia since the beginning of the Ukrainian crisis.
Kerry wrote on Twitter that he spoke with Putin about Iran, Syria, and Ukraine.
