Five people were killed and about 40 injured in London on March 22 after a car ploughed into pedestrians and a suspected Islamist-inspired attacker stabbed a policeman close to Britain's parliament.
Man shot dead after trying to steal weapon from soldier at Paris’ Orly airport
A man has been shot dead at Paris Orly Airport after grabbing a counter-terrorism soldier’s gun.
The incident took place at the South Terminal and SWAT teams have been sent in. The airport has been evacuated.
The Police are warning the public to stay away.
The soldier was deployed as part of Operation Sentinelle.
Fuel stolen from trucks on Crete
Authorities in Iraklio on the island of Crete on Monday were seeking the perpetrators who siphoned off around a ton of fuel from two trucks belonging to a local cement company.
Employees of the firm noticed that the fuel had been removed from the vehicles early on Monday morning though it remained unclear exactly when the theft occurred.
