The mother of a Japanese aid volunteer who died in the 2011 earthquake in eastern Turkey has been living with the memories of her son for the last 10 years.

Fifty-two People Injured in Tokyo Earthquake
The number of people injured in the earthquake that struck Japan's capital Tokyo and surrounding areas on Thursday has risen to 52, the Fire and Disaster Management Agency (FDMA) the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications said on Friday.

Two Earthquakes were Registered this Morning in Bulgaria
Two earthquakes were registered this morning in Bulgaria, the seismologist on duty Petar Kirilov told bTV
The first was in Haskovo - 2.4 on the Richter scale, at 4:25 AM
The second had a magnitude of 2.9 on the Richter scale and was detected in Sofia - Gorna Banya district at 4:42 AM
Both earthquakes are weak to have aftershocks, Kirilov said

Crete after Earthquake: One Man Killed, 20 Injured
Around nine aftershocks hit moments later, with the strongest one registering a magnitude of 4.6. Local authorities reported a man was crushed when a church dome in the town of Arkalochori collapsed. They said that he had been renovating the church when the earthquake rattled the island.

Earthquake in Crete – Tents are set up for 2,500 people who were left homeless – The area is in a state of emergency
The Minister of Climate Crisis & Civil Protection, Christos Stylianidis, who is in area, said that together with the mayor and the governor and the whole team of local authorities, they decided to set up tents that will be able to accommodate 2,500 people, in order to serve all the families and all the people who should not enter the their homes tonight.

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of at least 5.8 struck the Greek island of Crete on Sept. 27, killing one person and injuring several others while damaging homes and churches and causing rock slides near the country's fourth-largest city.
Strong 5.8R earthquake in Crete
A strong earthquake of 5.8 on the Richter scale, according to the measurement of the Geodynamic Institute, occurred in Crete.
According to the automatic solution of Geodynamic, the earthquake was centered 23 kilometers west-northwest of Arvi.
The focal depth of the strong vibration was 10 km.

A magnitude 5.9 earthquake caused slight damage in suburban Melbourne on Wednesday in an unusually powerful temblor for Australia.
