Brammertz: ICTY's OTP will not appeal Trial Chamber decision
BELGRADE - Chief prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Serge Brammertz has said that the ICTY Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) will not appeal a Trial Chamber decision to grant provisional release to Serbian Radical Party (SRS) leader Vojislav Seselj.
Brammertz to arrive in Belgrade
THE HAGUE/BELGRADE - International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz will be in Belgrade from Monday to Wednesday preparing his next report to the UN Security Council.
Brammertz will meet Serbia's Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic during his visit and discuss Serbia's cooperation with the ICTY, the tribunal said in a statement.

Hague prosecutor: No verdict before end of 2015
BELGRADE -- Chief Hague Prosecutor Serge Brammertz has said that Hague indictee Vojislav Šešelj is "not the first person to be temporarily released."
A verdict in his trial "cannot be expected before the end of 2015," the prosecutor revealed.
