Luis Suarez shocked the World Cup with a new biting storm June 24 as Uruguay sensationally dumped ten-man Italy out of the tournament with a dramatic 1-0 victory.

Tennis: Irina Begu through to 2nd round of Wimbledon
Romanian tennis player Irina Begu qualified to the second round of Wimbledon Grand Slam tournament, after defeating French Virginie Razzano 1-6, 6-4, 7-5 in 2 hours and 15 minutes in the opening round.
For her performance so far, Begu won 43,000 British pounds and 70 WTA points.
Rain Delay Breaks Pironkova at Wimbledon
Bulgaria’s Tsvetana Pironkova was defeated in the first round of the Wimbledon Grand Slam, 7:6, 2:6, 2:6 by Varvara Lepchenko of the United States.
The match began on Monday, with Pironkova winning the first set in a tie break. At 2:0 for Lepchenko in the second, the match was suspended due to the rain in London. Eventually it was postponed for Tuesday.

Lajovic through to Wimbledon second round
LONDON - Serbia's tennis player Dusan Lajovic reached the second round of Wimbledon on Tuesday beating Spaniard Guillermo Garcia-Lopez 7-6 (7-5), 6-2, 3-6, 3-6, 6-3.
Serbia's No. 2 Lajovic is next to take on Polish Lukasz Kubot, who outplayed German Jan-Lennard Struff 7-6 (8-6), 6-4, 6-4.

Woman boss walks away from Clermont job
Portugal's Helena Costa said on Tuesday she had decided against taking up the coaching position at French side Clermont for "purely personal" reasons.
The 36-year-old Costa made global headlines as the first woman to take charge of a men's professional team in a leading European nation after being named in May to coach Clermont, who play in France's second tier.
