A biscuit that survived the sinking of the Titanic was sold for £15,000 ($22,968) to a collector in Greece at auction in UK by Henry Aldridge & Son.

Turkey 16th in global automobile production
Turkey ranked 16th in global automobile production, according to a report from the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA) released on Oct. 26.
Turkey manufactured 667,592 cars in the half-year period, an increase of 18.4 percent from 2014.
Global vehicle production rose 0.5 percent in the first six months of 2015, compared to the previous year.

Toyota at top in global vehicle sales again
Toyota remained the top automaker in global vehicle sales after the first nine months of this year, selling nearly 7.5 million vehicles, outpacing rivals General Motors and Volkswagen.
Toyota Motor Corp.'s global sales for the first three quarters totaled 7.498 million vehicles, down 1.5 percent from the same period the previous year, according to numbers released on Oct. 26.

Turkey's company plans to start indigenous tank engine development by 2016
Turkey?s tractor manufacturer, TÜMOSAN, has said it will focus on defense technologies and rail systems in addition to its main business activities, during a press meeting on Oct. 22.
The company will start the development of an indigenous tank engine by 2016 and plans to start production by 2020.
