The Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament, unanimously adopted this law on May 19, followed by the decision of the Senate, which confirmed the decision on June 2.

Parliament Speaker Mustafa Şentop reiterated that quitting from international treaties, such as Montreux Convention, is not on the agenda of Turkey.

"There is no discussion about the positions we have achieved in the War of Independence, especially in Montreux. We do not even think about such an argument," Şentop told reporters on March 29.

“I declare that no debate can concern national sovereignty and the rights of the country. Nor to challenge international treaties and rules of international law”

Russia is launching domestic procedures to withdraw from the Treaty on Open Skies, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday.

The Council of Ministers has approved a draft contract between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the purchase of two minehunters for the amount of EUR 1 996 000 excluding VAT, the government press service announced.

President Trump said he would ask the Senate not to ratify the treaty, reported NOVA TV. 

The 1913 Treaty of London, the 1923 Treaty of Lausanne, the Convention between Italy and Turkey signed in 1932, and the 1947 Paris Peace Treaty leave no room to question or misinterpret Greece's sovereign rights in the Aegean.

This will happen after the signing of a protocol for the exchange of ratification documents at an official ceremony in the Council of Ministers, which will start at about 18:30, according to the Bulgarian National Television. 

India plans to sign fresh treaties with 47 countries in order to make foreign investments more transparent.
