Construction of BIO4 Campus begins in Belgrade
BELGRADE - Construction of the BIO4 Campus, a unique multidisciplinary project due to make Belgrade one of Europe's recognised bioeconomic hubs, began in the Serbian capital on Wednesday.
Preparatory works to build the approx. 30 ha campus began on May 29 and all works are slated for completion in 2026.

Confirmed: Pilots refused to transport Porfirije and Joanikije - had a justification
According to Montenegrin media, they refused to transport Metropolitan Joanikije and Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church Porfirije.
This was confirmed for RTCG by the director of the Directorate for Emergency Situations in the Ministry of the Interior of Montenegro, Miodrag Beovi.
Beovi stated that all legal actions were taken against them in accordance with the law.
Rector changes deadline, opposition knows the outcome of decision on doctorate?
Opposition leaders now claim, as reported by some Belgrade media, that they know what decision the Belgrade University Ethics Committee will make on Sinisa Mali's doctorate. Sergej Trifunovic and Dragan Djilas said that, in a way, the Rector of Belgrade University Ivanka Popovic informed them about that decision.

Almost 88 percent of students of the University of Belgrade believes that Serbia should not become a member of NATO, 39.7 percent would not vote for EU membership, while half believe that Serbia will not become EU member. These are results of the survey "Attitudes of students of the University of Belgrade about foreign policy of Serbia" published on Monday.

Vucic: List of candidates for PM narrowed down
BELGRADE - Serbian PM and President-elect Aleksandar Vucic said Monday he had narrowed down the list of potential candidates for the new PM.
There are two or three potential candidates, Vucic told reporters after a meeting with Patriarch Irenaeus of the Serbian Orthodox Church, adding that the name of the new PM would be announced within a month.
