Chamber: Opposition tries to prevent debate of Criminal Code; majority rejects proposals through vote
The Chamber of Deputies' plenary started on Wednesday the debates on the amendments of the Criminal Code, after the Opposition's request to remove them from the agenda and send them back to the Special Committee. The majority vote decided to reject the two proposals.

PNL to ask the Ombudsman to stop new abuse in Education
The liberal deputy, Raluca Turcan deems that the Emergency Ordinance (OUG) by which the regime of the scientific titles is regulated was given by the Government to 'serve Prime Minister Ponta' and asks the Ombudsman, Victor Ciorbea to "turn the OUG back."
