The Athens Epidaurus Festival (aefestival.gr) presents a spectacular show featuring three legends of classical music: The superstar classical trio of Emanuel Ax, Leonidas Kavakos and Yo-Yo Ma will perform on the stage of the Herodes Atticus Odeon (Dionysiou Aeropagitou) next to the Acropolis this summer. Each of these remarkable musicians is renowned for their virtuosity.

The organizers of the 2024 Athens Epidaurus Festival, which opens on June 1, presented on Tuesday the program for 2024, which includes 93 productions over 85 days and the participation of 2,500 performers and creators from around the world.

Monica Bellucci honored in Thessaloniki

Woody Allen is Athens bound
American filmmaker, actor, and comedian Woody Allen will be in Athens next month to promote his new film "Coup de chance."
The screening, which will be introduced by the director himself, will take place on September 8 at Cine Aegli, the outdoor cinema at the Zappeion, as part of the 29th Athens International Film Festival Premiere Nights.

Dior channels ancient Greece for Cruise collection
French fashion house Dior will unveil its 2022 Cruise collection on Thursday, the first large show with spectators since the start of the Covid pandemic, at the site of the first modern Olympic Games in Athens.
Cruise collections fall between usual spring/summer and autumn/winter collections - and French houses often visit other countries for the launch.
