Jevtic finishes first in Podgorica marathon

PODGORICA - Serbian athlete Olivera Jevtic finished first in the 21st Podgorica marathon with the time of 2hr 38m 19sec.

Previously, she triumphed in Podgorica three times- in 2008, 2009 and 2012.

"I am glad that I have won again on the route where I hold the record," Jevtic said after being declared the winner.

In the men's race, Silas Kipchirchir Toek of Kenya claimed the victory, after having run 42 kilometers for two hours, 16 minutes and two seconds.
