UAE foreign minister to visit Serbia on Friday
BELGRADE - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahyan will visit Serbia on Friday where he will have separate meetings with Serbian top officials.
UAE foreign ministers will confer with Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Mrkic.

BELGRADE - A USD 100 million loan from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will be used for irrigation projects that are ready, Serbian Agriculture Minister Dragan Glamocic, announcing the arrival of an additional USD 100 million tranche loan for irrigation by the end of the year.

ABU DHABI, BELGRADE -- The USD 1 billion loan that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) granted to Serbia is very favorable, Serbian Minister of Finance Lazar Krstić has said.
It is also a sign of trust in the Serbian economy, according to him.

Djogovic: UAE loan should be used to cut debt
BELGRADE - Serbia should use the USD 1 billion loan granted by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to pay back expensive loans and launch reforms, economist Sasa Djogovic of the Belgrade Institute for Market Research (IZIT) stated on Thursday.
We received a loan from UAE on more favourable terms than currently available on the market, Djogovic told a news conference.

Serbia signs agreement on UAE loan
BELGRADE/ABU DHABI - Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance Hamad Al Hurr Al Suwaidi and Serbian Finance Minister Lazar Krstic signed in Abu Dhabi on Thursday an agreement on the USD 1 billion loan from the United Arab Emirates to the Serbian budget.
Krstic said that the loan agreement reflects a considerable strengthening of the two countries' ties.

DS: UAE loan is fraud by Vucic and SNS
BELGRADE - The Democratic Party (DS) said late on Wednesday that a loan to be given to Serbia by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is “yet another fraud by (First Deputy Prime Minister) Aleksandar Vucic and the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) which is taking Serbia a step closer to bankruptcy.”

ABU DHABI - Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic conferred in Abu Dhabi with Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday.
The talks covered all joint projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), project 'City on Water' and loans which Serbia will get from UAE on lowest interest rates.
