Amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war, senior Hamas official Ali Baraka recently made claims about the future of the United States, comparing it to the collapse of the USSR. In an interview with a Lebanese YouTube channel on November 2, Baraka expressed his belief that one day the United States would become a "thing of the past."

Greece and China signed a new bilateral aviation agreement in the context of the visit by Greek Transport and Infrastructure Minister Christos Staikouras to Beijing on Friday.

The spokesman of the military junta that rules Myanmar said that Myanmar's military has lost control of a strategic northern city on the Chinese border after days of clashes with three ethnic armed groups.

Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy and Openness Kostas Fragogiannis is to visit China on Thursday, accompanied by the general secretary of international economic relations and openness, Maira Myrogianni.
