Citigroup discriminated against Armenian Americans, regulator says

Citigroup employees labeled a group of roughly 80,000 Armenian Americans living near Los Angeles - the largest Armenian community outside Yerevan, the Armenian capital - as "bad guys" and secretly denied them fair access to the bank's credit card products, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said in a statement on Wednesday.

'Friends' star Matthew Perry laid to rest in Los Angeles

American actor Matthew Perry of the hit sitcom "Friends" was laid to rest at a Los Angeles cemetery on Nov. 3 during a private funeral attended by family and co-stars, U.S. media reported.

The 54-year-old, known for his role as Chandler Bing in "Friends," which aired from 1994-2004, was found dead on October 28.

Danny Masterson gets 30 years to life for rapes

Actor Danny Masterson, a star of the sitcom "That '70s Show," was sentenced on Sept. 7 to at least 30 years in prison for raping two women at his home two decades ago.

The U.S. actor was convicted in May of drugging and then raping fellow members of the Church of Scientology between 2001 and 2003 at his house in the swanky Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles.

Rihanna a mom again: report

Rihanna has given birth to a baby boy, her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky, a report said on Aug. 21.

The music megastar and beauty entrepreneur became a mother for the second time at the start of month, entertainment outlet TMZ said.

"Sources with direct knowledge tell us the baby arrived Aug. 3 in Los Angeles," TMZ said.
