Diplomatic sources in Brussels said a meeting between Kosovo's President and Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci and Isa Mustafa, and their Serbian counterparts, Tomislav Nikolic and Aleksandar Vucic, failed to achieve anything.

"The meeting went terribly wrong and had no results," an anonymous diplomatic source told Deutsche Welle.

BRUSSELS - The EU expects Belgrade and Pristina representatives in the next round of the Brussels dialogue on Wednesday, February 1, to comply with EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini's recommendation urging them for less commenting on each other and more work on solving open issues.

The meeting between the delegations of Belgrade and Pristina ended in Brussels on Wednesday an hour before midnight.

The delegations made no statements after the meeting.

BELGRADE - The top-level dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina will resume in Brussels on Wednesday, February 1, Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic's office has confirmed to Tanjug.

The Belgrade delegation will be headed by Vucic and Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, with Pristina's delegation to be led by Kosovo President Hasim Taci and PM Isa Mustafa, Tanjug has learned.

Hashim Thaci said ahead of Wednesday's round of Kosovo dialogue in Brussels that he expects tensions to ease between Belgrade and Pristina.

Ahead of the continuation of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, representatives of Kosovo's interim institutions think one of the topics will be its "conclusion."

Pristina has banned Serbian cabinet minister Aleksandar Vulin from entering Kosovo, reports said on Monday.

According to Beta, the permission was not given by the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

BRUSSELS - Kosovo President Hasim Taci's statement following Tuesday's round of the Brussels dialogue shows Pristina is not able or willing to keep its word "for more than two minutes," Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic told Politico.eu in a telephone interview.

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic has requested that EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini publicly react and condemn Pristina's unprofessional and irresponsible conduct following another round in the dialogue, the RTS reported, quoting unofficial sources.

BRUSSELS - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic said late Tuesday an agreement had been reached with a senior delegation from Pristina to continue the series of meetings as part of the high-level dialogue.
