BELGRADE - Whoever may be at its helm in the future, the Serbian government will continue to cooperate with the ODIHR, implement the organisation's recommendations and fight for rule of law, strong institutions and transparency, PM Ana Brnabic said on Wednesday.

Brnabic said a 2022 report acknowledged Serbia had implemented 13 of 26 recommendations - two fully and 11 partly.

The sale of the entire United Group and its activities in all countries where it is present is the main option being considered by BC Partners, its majority-stake owner.

The President then referred to the external and internal destruction of Serbia and showed how they are doing it.
Vucic showed the scheme and said: "You need supremacy in the air, in every war. That's money. You need infantry. That's the situation on the ground. You need artillery, tanks and everything else, that's the media."
As he said, money comes from three sides.

United Group, the Amsterdam-based media and telecommunications corporation, has sold its mobile towers infrastructure in Slovenia, Bulgaria and Croatia to the Saudi company Tawal. While the value of the transaction has not been disclosed, United Group values the infrastructure at €1.22 billion.

United Group has reached an agreement with Crystal Almond Holdings Limited for the acquisition of Wind Hellas.

The deal is reportedly worth 950m euros.

Providing mobile, landline and television services, Wind has a total of 4.2 million users and has revenues of over € 500 million per year.

Ljubljana – Having acquired frequencies for wireless broadband in a national auction, the telecommunications provider Telemach is launching its 5G network on Tuesday, initially making it available to users in the centre of Ljubljana and the commercial district BTC.

The Bulgarian incumbent telco Vivacom generated 29% of United Group's revenues in the first quarter.

Ljubljana – Responding to Telekom Slovenije suspending the sale of its subsidiary TS Media, United Group, one of the bidders, said that this was bad news for all foreign investors and even worse for Slovenia.
