Brnabic: Serbian gov't to continue to cooperate with ODIHR

BELGRADE - Whoever may be at its helm in the future, the Serbian government will continue to cooperate with the ODIHR, implement the organisation's recommendations and fight for rule of law, strong institutions and transparency, PM Ana Brnabic said on Wednesday.

Brnabic said a 2022 report acknowledged Serbia had implemented 13 of 26 recommendations - two fully and 11 partly.

She said the final ODIHR report contained 25 recommendations.

"We have heard claims we have not implemented a single ODIHR recommendation but, at least three times at various events, I have responded to such questions from certain media, mostly those from the United Group, and I said that was not true and that we have implemented many recommendations to date in collaboration with the ODIHR," Brnabic said.
