Chair of Special Olympics Bulgaria Tatyana Yancheva voiced to media that the Bulgarian athletes with intellectual difficulties had won at the Special Olympics World Winter Games 2017 a total of 9 medals, 4 of them gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze ones.

It is a day of refection in Bulgaria today before the early Parliamentary elections on March 26.

Bulgaria head's to a parliamentary election on March 26 amid a row over with Turkey over a new party representing Bulgaria's Turkish minority and protests aiming to prevent dual citizenship holders from Turkey casting their vote. 

The National Police Chief Directorate voiced to media that a total of 14,000 uniformed police officers are to be deployed across Bulgaria during the early parliamentary election on March 26, according to BNR.

There are going to be 7,319 election spots with a total of 12,294 poll stations. The police assure that these are the common measures for such an event.

He explained that there were Bulgarian Muslims among CEDB's magistrates, mayors, and MP.

On March 25 Bulgarian President Rumen Radev will participate in a ceremony marking the 60th anniversary of the Treaties of Rome, which set the beginning of the creation of the European Union.

''Bulgaria does not give, but also does not accept lessons on democracy, especially from countries that do not respect the rule of law'', the  Bulgarian head of state Rumen Radev told reporters, asked to comment on the words of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, according to which our country was exerting pressure on Turks living in it before the elections.
