German Chancellor Angela Merkel has said only with the help of Russia could Syria's civil war be brought to an end.
"For years we have known there can be a solution only with the help of Russia," Der Spiegel quotes her as saying on in a Thursday speech.

Only a minority of high school seniors in Croatia consider the Croatian fascist puppet state in WW2, known as the Independent State of Croatia, or NDH, as truly fascist.
The findings come from the Zagreb Institute for Social Research, the NGO GONG and the civic GOOD Initiative.

Bulgaria Drops Ten Positions to 78th Place in FIFA Ranking
The Bulgarian men's national football team dropped ten position in the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking and currently occupies the 78th position with 414 points, being between the teams of Haiti and Togo.
