Naser Oric Acquitted

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has acquitted war commander Naser Oric, whom Serbia is seeking for war crimes against prisoners of Serb ethnicity in the Bratunac and Srebrenica areas. The BiH Prosecutor's Office filed charges against Naser Oric and Sabahudin Muhic on August 27 2015.

Josipovic decorates Ganic, Serbia charges him for war crimes

ZAGREB - Ivo Josipovic, outgoing president of Croatia, has decorated Ejup Ganic, member of the Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) war-time presidency, whom Serbia has placed on an international warrant for war crimes.

Presenting the decoration, Josipovic said that he is happy to award an individual who deserves such recognition.

Linta: Cynical decision to raise indictments against Serbs

BELGRADE - Miodrag Linta, president of the Coalition of Refugee Associations, urged Croatia to create the political and professional conditions for punishing numerous crimes against Serbs during the war in the nineties claiming that it is a cynical decision to raise indictments against Serbian citizens from Glina for the murder of Croatian civilians in 1991.

Meron pays respects to Serb victims in Celebici

KONJIC - President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Theodor Meron, who is on a visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH), paid his respects on Wednesday to the Serb victims of the former prison camp in Celebici near Konjic, Herzegovina.

During the civil war in BiH in 1992, members of the BiH army ran a detention camp in Celebici for Serb prisoners.
